Amy is the behind-the-scenes powerhouse who helps keep every Southern Heritage Realty transaction organized, on schedule, and moving toward the closing table.

From contract to close, Amy keeps track of important dates, documents, deadlines, and the many moving pieces involved in a real estate transaction. She stays in communication with lenders, title companies, agents, and other parties involved to help make sure everyone knows what is needed and what comes next.

Her organization, attention to detail, and ability to keep things moving are an invaluable part of our team. While our agents remain focused on serving the clients, negotiating, and guiding them through their move, Amy helps make sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle behind the scenes.
