As a seventh-generation Texan and lifelong resident of Southeast Texas, I have witnessed the growth and evolution of The Woodlands, Montgomery, Lake Conroe, and the surrounding communities firsthand.
Today, I serve as the Founder and Broker of Southern Heritage Realty, a locally owned real estate brokerage based in Montgomery County, Texas, with an office in Downtown Montgomery. I have been licensed in Texas for more than 16 years and have led production totaling over $450 million in closed residential sales, representing more than 1,000 households throughout Montgomery County and the Greater Houston area.
In 2023, I founded Southern Heritage Realty to create a brokerage grounded in education, ethical representation, and structured transaction management -- a model designed to provide clarity and steady guidance to buyers and sellers at every stage of the process.
Before launching my brokerage, I led a high-performing real estate team, and that leadership experience continues to shape the way our firm operates today. I maintain active broker oversight across transactions, ensuring pricing strategy, clear contract management, and consistent communication from consultation through closing.
As a former educator at Sam Houston State University, I approach real estate with a focus on preparation and informed decision-making. I also serve as the Place 1 member of the City of Montgomery Planning and Zoning Commission, where the Commission is responsible for interpreting and administrating the City's subdivision, zoning, and historic preservation district ordinances. This service provides an additional perspective on the planning and development matters affecting the community I have long called home.
